FAQs for Celebrity

 

Will a binder be created for all funded loans? Including secondary and investment properties?

Yes, all loans that hit the Funding milestone will trigger the creation of a HomeBinder and delivery of access via email to the borrower.

If a client has multiple properties, will they have one HomeBinder account and then different 'binders' within their account?

Correct! the client will have 1 login and see multiple HomeBinder accounts under that login.

Is there the notion of admin dashboards so a branch assistant could assist LOs in their branch with their accounts?

We do have a Manager role that gives access to all the binders under that Partner account.  We like to do a quick training with Managers that are interested.  Ultimately we'd like to offer more breakdown into silos with roles and permissions but this has been working well so far and if there is anyone that would like to have that level of access just let us know!

Would the LO (or admin) be able to resend a binder invitation and see who has received invites?

Absolutely.  There is a link when they login under the Options menu on the right side of the screen and they can also see who is already "in" and who is still "pending".  It is important to note that unless the borrower clicks on Opt Out at some point in the process after 90 days ALL borrowers will be auto-enrolled into their binder.  This 90 Day acceptance rate is a great proxy for how we are doing getting the message out to borrowers during the process.
