What is the Authorized Program?

• HomeBinder has launched this program to deliver greater value to our active partner ecosystem while enhancing the homeowner experience.
• The Authorized program provides businesses more leads through the HomeBinder network and enables greater differentiation to the market.
• The Authorized Program provides homeowners assurance that they are receiving a valuable gift from a trusted professional.
  

Why are we doing this now?

• HomeBinder is a national service that is centralizing all aspects of homeownership (projects, maintenance, appliances down to paint colors by room).
• Businesses utilize HomeBinder to market/differentiate their business, remain top of mind with property-specific reminders (particularly interesting to Millenial owners), and generate referrals through a trusted network.
• We have found that the homeowner experience with HomeBinder is optimal when HomeBinder is delivered and supported by a business, so HomeBinder is now solely available to homeowners through a business partner.
• The consistent requests we get from homeowners accessing their binder are for referrals for loans, insurance, and home projects.
  

How do you participate?

• Update each binder with which you’re attached with at least one recommended lender, one insurer, and one service professional. 
• If you need assistance entering the professionals our Customer Success team will assist.
• Once updated you will be recognized as a HomeBinder Authorized Agent in our system.
• You will receive an Authorized Agent logo to add to your website and collateral.
• Your headshot and logo will ensure you are properly branded on the binder.
• You will have the choice of one of the following once this is complete:
• One complementary Repair Pricer report
• One BuildFax report
• One HomeBinder Seller Report for a future listing
